Cancellation Policy

Appointments are recommended to be scheduled at least a week in advance (eight weeks for wedding parties).

We will always do our best to accommodate your last minute needs.

Any spa, specialty, or large party services must be reserved with a credit card. Should you fail to cancel within the alotted time frame, we will charge the credit card 50% of the services.

Our cancellation policy is 24 hours on weekdays and 48 hours on weekends.
