We want every visit to be seamless and enjoyable. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our policies.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments are recommended to be scheduled at least one week in advance. Wedding parties and large bridal bookings should be reserved a minimum of eight weeks ahead.
We will always do our best to accommodate last-minute needs — please don't hesitate to reach out.
Spa, specialty, and large party services must be reserved with a credit card on file. Should you need to cancel, please do so within the required window below. Late cancellations will be charged 50% of the reserved services.
Late Arrivals
We completely understand that life doesn't always go as planned. If you're running behind, please give us a call — we'll always do our best to accommodate you.
Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their service modified or rescheduled to ensure we can give the next guest the full attention they deserve. We appreciate your understanding.
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as cash and Symmetry gift cards. Tips may be added to any card payment at checkout.
Gift cards make a wonderful present for the people you love — ask our front desk about available denominations.
Tipping & Gratuity
Gratuity is never included in your service total and is entirely at your discretion. It is, of course, always deeply appreciated by our team.
If you're unsure, the industry standard is typically 18–20% of the service total. For bridal parties and group bookings, 20% is a thoughtful gesture that goes a long way in recognizing the team's extra preparation and care.
Children & Additional Guests
Children are warmly welcome when they are receiving a service. To preserve a peaceful atmosphere for all guests — particularly those enjoying spa treatments — we kindly ask that young children not accompany adults during services.
Additional non-service guests are always welcome in our reception area. Certain spa services are recommended for guests 18 and older; please ask when booking if you have any questions.
Allergies & Sensitivities
Your comfort and safety come first. Please let your stylist or esthetician know of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions before your service begins — this helps us tailor your experience and choose the right products for you.
For certain chemical treatments, a patch test 48 hours in advance is recommended. Some spa services may not be suitable during pregnancy; please mention this when booking and we will be happy to suggest the best alternatives.
